Installing the pipework for the Rayburn was our next big job, as pipes would sit behind plasterboard it was necessary to ensure all pipework brazed joints were leak free.
The HEP2O pipes seem a bit of a mess these were all joined up to allow the system to filled with water and pressure tested whilst the concrete slab was laid in August 2006 then the system was drained down last December to prevent any frost damage.
All a little tidier now the manifold has been fitted, the engine room as I call it will be hidden by a 1200mm kitchen unit when the units are installed.
The system was fired up and tested before being shut down for some minor modification and wiring up.
Autumn came early this year due to the lack of summer the trees had the golden folage on for a while till the wind and rain during the month blew it all off.
